Kent De La Croix

Kent De La Croix (IT Infrastructure Services):  ITIS Basis Administration received a request on March 29 to restore data that was inadvertently removed. The restore process required help from other ITIS areas, so Kent gathered the information that was needed and sent it over. He originally requested the work to be done on Saturday. The on-call staff responded within minutes and provided the files Kent needed. They all could have waited for a more convenient time, but instead did the work immediately to make the data accessible and retrieved. It's this type of work ethic I see displayed in ITIS on a regular basis.
