Jill Harner

Jill Harner (Hilltop Apartments): Jill Harner, clerk at Hilltop Apartments, consistently goes above and beyond to not only serve the needs of the staff but also to ensure that the Hilltop residents feel at home. For example, as she anticipated the arrival of the many international students who reside at Hilltop, Jill learned about their cultures, needs and perceptions. She spent countless hours learning how to pronounce their names appropriately before they arrived, answering questions from students who were unable to make a campus visit and preparing the student office staff to be patient and organized when working with our student population. Jill is full of wisdom, enjoys every minute she spends in her role as the Hilltop clerk and she genuinely sees the work that she does as a part of the student experience and makes every attempt to have positive and meaningful interactions with those that she comes in contact with on a daily basis.
