Research Project Grant for Assistant and Associate Professors

The Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence has selected a recipient for the 2022-23 Research Project Grant for Assistant and Associate Professors.

Ashima Krishna, clinical associate professor from the John Martinson Honors College, has received the grant for the project “Documenting Black Heritage Sites in the Greater Lafayette Area.”

The research project grant for assistant professors and associate professors is made possible through funds from the Ketan and Tanuja Sheth Family Endowment and the Meghana and Vinayak Ranade Family Endowment established in spring 2019. The grant recognizes an assistant or associate professor whose proposed project focuses on any aspect of the academy and lives of faculty, staff and students. Aimed at furthering the mission of the Butler Center, this award supports the work of an individual (or individuals) interested in advancing inclusion and faculty success broadly.
