Instructors invited to virtual drop-in session on providing disability accommodations online

Purdue instructional staff are invited to attend one of two virtual sessions on providing accommodations in an online format for students with disabilities:

The event is hosted jointly by Purdue’s Center for Instructional Excellence (CIE), Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT), and Disability Resource Center (DRC). The session will be facilitated by Paul Harwell, senior assistant director of the DRC, as well as Dean Brusnighan and Howard Fooksman, accessibility advocates in TLT. Real-time captioning will be available in both sessions. Registration is not required.

Additional resources for providing online accommodations are available on the DRC’s website.

Individuals who have questions about the topic but are unable to participate in the drop-in session may contact drc@purdue.edu.
