As part of the Healthy Boiler Program’s focus on financial wellness, Fidelity – Purdue’s official provider of education, guidance and assistance related to retirement plan investments and decisions – is offering twice-a-month “help desks” on the West Lafayette campus. No appointment is required.

The Fidelity help desk sessions will take place the second and fourth Thursdays of each month and locations will rotate between Neil Armstrong Hall and Lyles-Porter Hall as outlined below.

  • March 12 -- 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Neil Armstrong Hall.
  • March 26 -- 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Lyles-Porter Hall.

The help desks are being offered on the West Lafayette campus in addition to the Fidelity Investor Center in Purdue Memorial Union. Help desk offerings include learning more about Purdue’s retirement program benefits and getting answers to general retirement questions. Tosin Ratchford, dedicated retirement planner at Fidelity, will oversee and provide assistance at the help desk sessions. If it is determined that an employee needs more in-depth help, appointments can be scheduled while at a help desk session.

Services provided by Fidelity are free to Purdue employees.

Those who are interested in scheduling a more in-depth, detailed conversation with a Fidelity representative at the Fidelity Investor Center can call 800-642-7131 or schedule online. Regional employees also can schedule for their respective campuses.
