Benefits enrollment graphic

Benefits open enrollment for 2020 begins today (Oct. 29) and ends at 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 12. All employees at the West Lafayette, Fort Wayne and Northwest campuses are asked to actively enroll during this two-week open enrollment window.

Employees may sign on to Benefitfocus via the OneCampus portal by selecting the "Benefits Open Enrollment for Faculty & Staff" icon and using their PUID username and BoilerKey. Employees also may use the Benefitfocus mobile app.

Enrollment guides (including Spanish and J-1 Visa versions) are available on the dedicated enrollment website.

All employees are strongly encouraged to actively enroll for 2020 benefits. Some benefits require the employee to provide additional information, such as tobacco user certification and spousal coverage.

Throughout the two-week open enrollment time frame, employees have several tools and resources available to help through the process.
