Workshop to discuss symptoms of dementia

Human Resources will host a family-friendly workshop on dementia from noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 10 in Stewart Center, Room 204.

“Dementia or Not?” will discuss the signs and symptoms of dementia and look at appropriate next steps if dementia is suspected. This workshop will be presented by Nancy Edwards, professor of nursing; Sandra Gilpin, clinical assistant professor of nursing; and Jiayun Xu, assistant professor of nursing.

Registration is due Sept. 9 and is available online. Log in and select "Wellness Events." Limited seats are available.
