Training sessions available for annual evaluation system

Purdue supervisors and staff are invited to attend a SuccessFactors annual evaluation training session on the West Lafayette campus. The session will offer tips on using the new annual evaluation system to efficiently and effectively manage this year’s annual review. The Leadership and Organizational Development team in Human Resources will offer three sessions during April. 

The workshops require registration by choosing the desired date here. The schedule:

• April 9 (Tu): 10 a.m.-noon. Lawson Computer Science Building, Room 1142.
• April 16 (Tu): 2-4 p.m. Rawls Hall, Room 2082.
• April 22 (M): 2-4 p.m. Lawson Computer Science Building, Room 1142.

All staff members and supervisors are welcome to attend. 

The registration page includes a summary of the five steps in the annual review and the due date for each step (unless a unit sets an earlier date). A similar guide with more detail and links to help is available online.
