CILMAR accepting applications for Mini-Grant Program, Growing Intercultural Leaders program
Purdue’s Center for Intercultural Learning, Mentorship, Assessment and Research (CILMAR) is inviting applications for its Mini-Grant Program and its Growing Intercultural Leaders program.
CILMAR Mini-Grant Program
The CILMAR Mini-Grant Program supports faculty, staff and doctoral students who wish to engage in the assessment of intercultural learning outcomes and/or to conduct studies of intercultural competency development, but lack the resources to do so. Applicants may request mini-grants up to $2,000 and are encouraged to seek commitments for matching funds from their unit leadership. CILMAR mini-grants are not meant to cover or reduce the cost of study abroad travel, although travel for other purposes (e.g., data collection, conference presentations) may be allowable.
More information about the program and applying is available here. The application, which is due March 26, is available here. Recipients will be notified during the first week of April, and the mini-grants will be formally presented at the International Programs celebration event on April 16.

With the goal of raising the bar on value-added transformative learning for Purdue graduates, GIL provides three levels of incentivized support. More information about the program is available here.
