Finalists for dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences to make on-campus presentations

Four finalists for dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences will be on Purdue's West Lafayette campus for two-day interviews in January and February, the search committee announced today (Jan. 12).

David Hummels, dean of the Krannert School of Management and chair of the search committee, said that as part of the process, finalists will make a 30-minute public presentation and then take questions from the audience.

"We have four outstanding candidates,” Hummels says. “I hope faculty, staff and students will take this opportunity to hear from each candidate."

Feedback on the candidates is requested, and an online tool will be provided on the candidate website at www.purdue.edu/provost/hhs-search-committee/candidates.html

Purdue's next dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences will succeed Chris Ladisch, who will step down from her deanship effective July 1.
