The first of five one-hour webinars on different aspects of Purdue NewU is now online.

This webinar, held Thursday (Sept. 7), focused on the mission, rationale and timeline for NewU and featured Frank Dooley, senior vice provost for teaching and learning at Purdue, and Betty Vandenbosch, Purdue NewU chancellor-elect and president of Kaplan University.

The next webinar, scheduled for 1:30-2:30 p.m. Sept. 19, will look at online learning.

The webinars are intended to bring together faculty and staff from Purdue and Kaplan University to foster learning, share best practices, promote ongoing collaboration, and support better understanding among our teams and campuses.
