Update on Plant Sciences initiative scheduled for Tuesday

Purdue's College of Agriculture will give an update on the University's Plant Sciences initiative at 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesday (May 10) in Pfendler Hall, Deans Auditorium (Room 241).

The Plant Sciences initiative is part of Purdue Moves, a plan made up of 10 strategic initiatives to keep Purdue on the forefront of innovation, achievement and growth. 

Topics will be:

* The Center for Molecular Agriculture faculty positions.

* Molecular agriculture summer institute.

* Controlled environment phenotyping.

* Field phenotyping facility.

* Entrepreneurs in residence and Ag-celerator.
