University policy update

The Executive Policy Review Group approved updates to the policy on Anti-Harassment (III.C.1). The changes, effective March 1, incorporate language added to comply with the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 and allow for modification of certain disciplinary actions for students.
