Today's Ariba P2P launch supported by numerous sources of help

October 14, 2013

The Ariba P2P "go live" date has arrived today (Oct. 14), and users of the new procurement system have various resources to assist them in obtaining goods and services.

Quick reference cards and business procedures are available, and the procurement services website has information related to Ariba P2P, or Procure-to-Pay. Subject matter experts (SME) are also available to answer questions in the areas they support. Instructional and Web-based training is also still available.

These resources can be found at:

Business@Purdue – Procurement → Ariba  https://spa.itap.purdue.edu/Business/businessatpurdue/Pages/ariba.aspx

Procurement Services → Ariba Tab http://www.purdue.edu/business/procurement/ariba/index.html

Employee Portal for link to log-in to Ariba – http://www.purdue.edu/employeeportal/

For those questions and issues that cannot be resolved by SME or any of the resources noted above, an expanded team of procurement professionals at the Procurement Services help desk is available by emailing pshelpdesk@purdue.edu or calling 494-7279 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.

For issues outside of normal business hours, contact the ITaP customer service line at 49-44000. All emails and calls will be logged using the University Footprints ticketing system to make sure all issues are resolved.
