Medicare prescription notice sent in error

Faculty and staff who are not eligible for Medicare should disregard the notice they received recently from Human Resources about optional Medicare prescription drug coverage. The campus mail notice should have been sent only to faculty and staff who are eligible for Medicare -- generally this would be those age 65 and older.
Human Resources apologizes for the confusion caused by the notice. Faculty and staff who have questions may contact the Human Resources Service Center at 49-42222 or hr@purdue.edu.
