New service-learning journals available on e-Pubs
Two new journals created to help students with service-learning and academic community engagement assignments and projects are now available for free on Purdue's e-Pubs website.
The journals, Service-Learning Reflection Journal and International Service-Learning Reflection Journal, help provide students with the opportunity to enhance their learning experience by answering questions that stimulate thoughts and ideas.
The Service-Learning Reflection Journal provides a guide for service-learning projects that may last from a few days to a few weeks. The journal offers a quantitative assessment and reflection assignments for the beginning and end of the service-learning project.
The International Service-Learning Reflection Journal is specifically created for international study abroad courses. It provides pre-entry assignments and re-entry assignments to help with the reflective process and has a quantitative assessment for the beginning and end of the project.
