BTN plans Purdue day for three summer dates
Purdue-related programs will be telecast throughout the day and night on Thursday (June 21) and two July dates on BTN, the Big Ten Network.
Thursday's Purdue focus will start at 7 a.m., running through 10 a.m. Friday. Programs include a key baseball game from the recent championship season, three historic men's basketball games, three notable football games, three profiles from "Big Ten Icons" and an episode of "The Journey: Big Ten Basketball 2011." Besides those athletics contests and personalities, there will be a "Boiler Bytes" news magazine.
The other Purdue-themed dates are to be July 12 and July 30. Content has not been confirmed for those dates.
BTN is on Boiler TV at Channel 17. In Lafayette-West Lafayette, it is on Comcast at Channel 67 (Channel 958 for HD); on DirecTV on Channel 610; and on DISH Network on Channel 439 (Channel 9500 for HD). BTN is online at https://btn.com.
