Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering seeking student ambassadors

August 20, 2010

The Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering is looking for student ambassadors for the 2010-11 school year.

Student ambassadors are top Purdue undergraduate students who assist with events, help prepare and organize events, serve as the first contact for RCHE guests, and are an example of the leadership and scholarship that RCHE and the University inspires.

Students are given the opportunity to use and improve their leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. They see firsthand the cutting-edge research conducted in RCHE and Discovery Park. Ambassadors are exposed to new ideas and technology in the health care arena and interact with top health care leaders, faculty and students.

Interested students can attend a dinner at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 31 in Room 203, Mann Hall. More information also is available by contacting Mary Schultz at schultm@purdue.edu or 49-49828.
