Women in Science Program to offer ScienceScape

March 30, 2010

Purdue's Women in Science Program will hold ScienceScape, its annual summer camp for middle school students, on July 11-16.

ScienceScape works to encourage students who are interested in science to pursue their interest and gain knowledge of possible science careers. This year's weeklong residential camp will focus on “Systems Science Exploration,” which will include many hands-on labs and activities. Students must be entering seventh, eighth or ninth grades in fall 2010 to participate.

The cost is $400, which covers tuition, room and board, materials and supplies. Limited financial assistance is available.
