Purdue Postdoctoral Association dinner set for May 17

The Purdue Postdoctoral Association is inviting all at Purdue to its annual dinner at 5:30 p.m. May 17, featuring Steve Wereley, professor of mechanical engineering, as speaker. Reservations are needed by May 10.

Wereley will speak on "Other Uses for Our Skills: Analyzing Disaster." The dinner, in Purdue Memorial Union's West Faculty Lounge, will have a pasta bella noce buffet menu and a cash bar.

The cost is adults and teens, $17; children ages 3-12, $8.50; children under 3, free. Checks (made payable to Purdue University) are preferred; cash is also accepted. Mail or deliver payment to Sharyl Neibert (Office of Research Administration, Hovde Hall, Room 334) by May 10. Indicate in the check's memo line the names of attendees and "PPDA dinner."
