Spring Fling scheduled for May 17 at Memorial Mall
Spring Fling will be held at and around Purdue Memorial Mall from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, May 17.
The annual appreciation event for faculty, staff, graduate student staff and retirees will offer many of the same activities as in years past including lunch, car show, fitness walk, DJ, volleyball tournament and yard games.
Several rooms in Stewart Center are reserved for bingo, an information booth and "Purdue's Got Talent," a talent show activity. Indoor activities that were previously offered through the Recreational Sports Center will be unavailable this year.
All unnecessary vehicle traffic will be closed off from Memorial Mall during the event. Spring Fling will be canceled only in case of severe weather, as many activities are inside Stewart Center and tents will cover food and beverage lines outdoors.
