WorkLife Programs offering two upcoming webinars

November 18, 2011

To meet the needs of staff in remote locations and those unable to leave their desks to attend a presentation, WorkLife Programs is offering webinars this fall.

* The next scheduled webinar is Laugh Your Way to Wellness, which will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Nov. 29. Worklife specialist Branna Smith will be the host.

Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boost your energy, diminish pain and protect you from the damaging effects of stress. Fun, free and easy to use -- see how you can get your daily dose of healthy fun.

* Worklife wellness specialist Amber Simons will host Organization and Time Management from 9 to 10 a.m. on Dec. 1.

If you're like most people, you'd love to have more hours in the day. While it's impossible to create more time, you can learn to waste less time, be more productive and get organized.

For those unable to attend at the scheduled time, the webinar will be recorded and made available within a few days at www.purdue.edu/worklife.

To participate in a webinar, register online at www.purdue.edu/worklife or call WorkLife Programs at 49-45461. Once a participant has registered for a webinar, the URL for the meeting will be available under "My Enrollment." Access the link provided shortly before the meeting time to attend the webinar. Participants will need a computer with speakers to take part.

Previous webinars are available on demand on the WorkLife Programs registration system. Once logged in at www.purdue.edu/worklife, select "Recorded Webinars."
