Upcoming class to cover managing connections with co-workers

March 8, 2011

WorkLife Programs is offering a course on reducing interpersonal conflict through communication on Wednesday (March 9) as part of its 12-week program, "Transform Your Health Habits."

"Managing People Pressures" will be led by Branna Smith, worklife specialist, from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. in Freehafer Hall, Rooms 2-1 and 2-2.

No two people are the same, so why do we think we can communicate in exactly the same way with different people? Participants will learn how conflict among different personality types can be reduced or avoided with some specific tactical techniques.

This interactive class welcomes participation throughout the session to allow attendees to brainstorm on the most feasible ways to fit these solutions into their lives.
