Sign Center joins Printing Services
On Jan. 3, the Sign Center joined with Printing Services, a collaboration that will enable both departments to expand and improve services to faculty, staff and students. Now, all visual communication tools -- from outdoor signage to brochures -- are produced under one roof.
Over its many years supporting the University, the Sign Center has provided key services such as signage, posters, vehicle identification, nameplates, plaques, awards, displays, ADA-compliant room numbers with Braille, wall graphics, charts, and visual aids. These products will continue to be available through the Sign Center at Printing Services.
Orders for signs will no longer be placed using the work order system. All Sign Center orders can be placed with one of the following methods:
* Call Matthew Marks at 49-40234.
* Complete a Printing Services Form 3 and submit online or forward through campus mail.
* Submit online through SRM.
* Stop by Printing Services in person. Printing Services is located on Ahlers Drive on the south side of campus.
Those placing an order will need to provide account information (Fund, Cost Center, G/L, etc.) along with contact and delivery information. The business office in each area can help with the appropriate account numbers for the services requested.
