Enrolling on Fidelity site requires customer ID and PIN

September 28, 2010

When Purdue faculty and staff are ready to enroll in the new 2011 retirement plan lineup, they will need to log in at the Purdue-dedicated Fidelity website.

Individuals who already have established a Fidelity customer ID and PIN may click the orange Enroll Now button that appears on the upper right-hand side of each page. This click will take the individual to a listing of all Purdue retirement plans for which the individual is eligible to enroll.

Employees will then click the Enroll Now button for the plan in which they wish to enroll. A window for entering the customer ID and PIN will open so that the employee may log in.

Employees who do not have a Fidelity customer ID and PIN should click the blue New User Registration link on the left-hand side of the site's home page or in the "Get resources" box appearing on the right-hand side of each page within the site.

This link opens a window that takes the employee through a simple process to establish a Fidelity customer ID and PIN.

For a walk-through of the online enrollment process, employees can attend a Fidelity group meeting. The meetings will also cover Purdue's retirement plans, the new fund lineup and key dates.

To register for a group meeting at the West Lafayette campus, log in to the registration system at https://www2.itap.purdue.edu/bs/Training2.0/login_form.cfm by using your Purdue career account and password. Select the "Fidelity Workshops" category. Regional campus employees should contact their campus Human Resources office for specific information about group meetings on their campuses.

Two of the Fidelity group meetings will be streamed live via the Web. Watch Purdue Today and the Staff Benefits website at www.purdue.edu/benefits/ for links to sessions at 9-10:30 a.m. (ET) Oct. 6 and 1-2:30 p.m. Oct. 7.
