Space available for SAFE training for women

The Purdue Police Department is offering Self-Defense Awareness and Familiarization Exchange (SAFE) training for women.

The class will be held from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Monday (Sept. 20) in the conference room at the Purdue Police Department (TERY). The program consists of a safety talk/awareness session, a video and an introduction to basic physical defense tactics. Athletic-style clothing is recommended; shorts are not permitted.
