Workshop to explore fundamentals of service-learning

The 2010 Community of Service Learning Faculty Fellows will present "Three Perspectives of  Service-Learning " at 1:30-3 p.m. Wednesday (Sept. 15) in Room 241, Pfendler Hall.
 
Led by the faculty fellows, this workshop will explore the fundamentals of service-learning at Purdue. Basic principles of service-learning will be reviewed, and faculty, students and community partners will provide their perspectives on service-learning experiences. The workshop also will provide opportunities to ask faculty fellows about setting up service-learning courses and the specific challenges and rewards of service-learning.
