CIE workshop on Sept. 9 to teach "everything you need to know about teaching"

September 2, 2010

The Center for Instructional Excellence is sponsoring a workshop called "Everything You Need to Know About Teaching According to George Bodner" at 9-10:30 a.m. Sept. 9 in Room 322, Stewart Center.

The workshop will feature George Bodner, the Arthur Kelly Distinguished Professor of Chemical Education. Bodner has been teaching chemistry at Purdue for more than 35 years and has earned numerous teaching awards.

By attending the workshop, teachers can learn whether Bodner's techniques and philosophies may work in their classes. Attending this workshop is a good way to get revved up for the new semester.
