WorkLife Programs to offer new programming next week

January 29, 2010

There's still space available in programming offered by WorkLife Programs next week.

"Quit Smart," a four-session program designed to help participants break free from cigarettes, will meet from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at Purdue West Building F (PWF). Sessions will be held on Monday (Feb. 1) and Feb. 15, 17, and 24.

A roundtable discussion on "How Addictions Affect Everyone in the Family" will be held 12:10-12:50 p.m. Thursday in Room 103, Purdue Memorial Union. Participants will discuss how to take care of themselves emotionally while living in close proximity to an addicted person.
