Purdue Books Initiative continues monthly publishing webinars for authors

The Purdue University Books Initiative continues its monthly webinar series featuring global publishing houses. Faculty and staff are invited to attend the Multilingual Matters/Channel View Publications webinar at 11 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 29).

Multilingual Matters/Channel View Publications is an independent academic publisher based in Bristol, England, publishing the latest research in the fields of applied linguistics, language education and tourism studies. Across both their Multilingual Matters and Channel View Publications lists, they strive to publish the very best textbooks and research monographs and are proud of their long history of publishing innovative and influential research. 

Rosie McEwan, commissioning editor at Multilingual Matters, will present the webinar. She manages several book series, including “Bilingual Education and Bilingualism”; “Communication Disorders Across Languages”; “Researching Multilingually”; and “Translation, Interpreting and Social Justice in a Globalised World.”
