This week’s ‘Thumbs Up’ recipients
Evan Snethen
Evan (IT End User Experience) got a bigger challenge than he expected when getting our computers online with our printer server. He was quick to come in person when an online consultation wouldn’t reap results, and then he was patient with downloading, restarting and testing the equipment until things were working right. — Susan Grasham and Karen Beck (both Center for Rural and Migrant Health)
Duane Peterson and Glen Deno
Our team over in the Mitch Daniels School of Business just wanted to thank Duane and Glen (both Operations and Maintenance) for helping us out with a last-minute touch-up. We had a wall wrap removed, and the wall then needed some patching and paint. With families coming in to see the areas their students will be spending their next few years in, we appreciated the quick response time to spruce up the space. Thank you for coming to our rescue. — Michael Humphrey and Logan Jordan (both Daniels School)
Anthony Walker
Anthony (Building Services) did an outstanding job waxing our floors at the Niswonger Aviation Technology Building. He also helped with cleanup after our graduation open house in May. Thank you for keeping NISW clean. — Karla Calvin (School of Aviation and Transportation Technology)
Tatyanna Jordan-Middleton
Congratulations to Tatyanna (Electrical and Computer Engineering) as she takes her next giant leap as a highly proficient academic advisor in the College of Education at Purdue’s West Lafayette location to being a senior project management specialist in the Elmore Family School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University in Indianapolis. Continue to demonstrate your value and shine in your worth! — Dr. Jacquelyn Thomas-Miller (College of Education)
Holly Tittle-Hudson, Amber Delp and Shannon Campbell

This accomplishment reflects not only your professionalism but also your deep commitment to excellence and support of our academic mission. Your attention to detail, perseverance and collaboration made this happen, and it does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful to each of you for the time, care and expertise you brought to the table. Bravo on a job exceptionally well done! — Kim Watley (Registrar)
