Security update: Bank info change alerts in SuccessFactors
Purdue IT and Human Resources have implemented a new security feature in SuccessFactors. Employees will now receive an automated email notification if their bank account information is updated. This alert will be sent directly to the employee’s Purdue email address to ensure timely awareness of any changes made to their payroll information.
This added layer of protection allows employees to quickly verify that any changes made to their account were intentional and authorized. The email instructs employees to contact hr@purdue.edu immediately if they did not initiate the change. The notification will come from hr@purdue.edu and will never contain clickable links or ask for additional information.
