Human Resources announces two-factor re-authentication for Healthy Boiler Portal

Security enhancements have been made to the Healthy Boiler Portal and will require users to re-authenticate via two-factor authentication (2FA) the first time they log in on the web, effective now.

Key details of the change:

  • Who is affected? Users logging in to the portal via the web.
  • Who is NOT affected? Users accessing the portal via the mobile app and SSO users.
  • How does it work? A six-digit code will be sent to the user’s registered email for verification.
  • Why? WellRight, provider of the platform used for the Healthy Boiler Portal, uses 2FA to enhance security by adding an extra layer of protection beyond passwords.

Once users are logged in, there will be no disruption to their current progress and the platform will look and function as it normally does.

More information about the Healthy Boiler Wellness Program is available here.
