Rob Ferguson (Office of Treasury Operations): Certain banking activity related to Chase Concourse payments had been difficult to identify and accurately tie back to departmental documents. We worked with Rob in the Office of Treasury Operations, and he was able to quickly identify a solution that would meet our needs in the form of a new monthly report specifically for these payments. This will not only save our staff time but also help avoid errors with our clearing processes. — Josh Sterrett (Accounting Services)

Materials Management Distribution Center shipping and receiving: I just wanted to say thank you to the shipping and receiving department for all of their help teaching me how to ship and receive here at Purdue.
