Purdue to celebrate more than 10,000 graduates for second consecutive year at spring commencement ceremonies
More than 10,000 Purdue graduates will take their next giant leap during nine spring commencement ceremonies May 14-16 at Elliott Hall of Music. The spring Class of 2026 is the largest to date for Purdue’s main campus (West Lafayette, Indianapolis and online) and marks the second consecutive year the university has surpassed 10,000 graduates during spring commencement.

Leading tech-industry investor, engineer and digital multimedia pioneer Bruce Leak, co-founder of Silicon Valley venture capital firm Playground Global, joined Purdue President Mung Chiang on April 30 as part of the university’s Presidential Lecture Series, where he spoke on “Engineering the Future.”

Purdue Global spring commencement recap
On May 2 and 3, Purdue Global celebrated the 3,753 graduates who participated in commencement ceremonies both at Purdue University’s Elliott Hall of Music in West Lafayette and online.
