Purdue officials will stage a groundbreaking celebration today (April 12) for the new residence hall immediately south of Hillenbrand Residence Hall on the West Lafayette campus. The ceremony, which is open to the public, is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the corner of the project site at MacArthur Drive and First Street.

On April 3, the largest single economic development initiative in the history of Indiana was announced: Purdue and SK hynix are building a nearly $4 billion semiconductor advanced packaging facility.
