Larsen Leaders Academy students are admitted into the academy based on academic accomplishment and are automatically enrolled into the Larsen Leaders Academy Learning Community. Students who have received notification that they have been admitted into Larsen Leaders Academy are welcome to apply to the LLA Residential Community, described below. Students who have not received notification of their admission into Larsen Leaders Academy should visit the LLA site to apply.

Larsen students have the option of joining the live-in portion of the Larsen Leaders Academy Learning Community. The live in, or residential option of the Larsen Leaders Academy Learning Community is a great opportunity to get to know other Larsen students, and develop lifelong friendships during your time at Purdue. Only admitted Larsen students are eligible for the Larsen Leaders Academy residential option. Students interested in joining the Larsen Leaders Academy learning community are not required to join the residential option on the Academy. It is optional. All Larsen students are invited to participate in all learning community events.

In the Larsen Leaders Academy (LLA) Learning Community you will participate in a shared classroom through MGMT 110 and MGMT 295, learn the basics of the science of management and start on your professional development. Plus, get to know your peers, faculty and staff through a case competition and social events throughout the academic year. You can also see what the LLA LC has been up to in their social events by visiting the LLA site

Note: All Larsen Leaders Academy students will automatically be enrolled in the LLA Learning Community. The residential program is for LLA participants who wish to live with the learning community.
