Notices of Intention to File Application for Permanent Employment Certification

Pursuant to 20 CFR § 656.10 et. Seq. and the Immigration and Nationality Act § 203(b) (8 USC 1153(b).

This information is being provided as notice of the intention by Purdue University to file an Application for Permanent Employment Certification (ETA Form 9089) for the positions described below. Purdue University intends to permanently employ a foreign national in these job opportunities. Any person may provide documentary evidence bearing on the application to the Certifying Officer of the Department of Labor: U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Office of Foreign Labor Certification, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW, Room N-5311, Washington, DC 20210.
