Video Express

Go to Video Express

Video Express is a series of self-service video recording sites that allow faculty to easily record high-quality video that can include PowerPoints, screen captures, and more into the final videos. Videos can be downloaded for editing or directly uploaded into Kaltura. Video Express recordings are typically available in Kaltura within 24 hours after the conclusion of the upload to Kaltura. Longer videos can take longer to process in some instances. Transition from Video Express to Kaltura is a manual process.

Faculty Testimonials

Steve Beaudoin

Steve Beaudoin

Professor of Chemical Engineering
Academic Director of Teaching and Learning Technology
“Pre-class preparation for students is how I use it. They watch my videos the night before they come to lecture and I get out of the way a lot of definitions and a lot of basic concepts. This gives me time in class to really focus on the interesting stuff that requires the presence of the faculty member.”
