Teaching@Purdue

Teaching@Purdue is a new professional development series designed to meet the pedagogical needs and goals of different instructors on Purdue’s West Lafayette campus, including tenure-track and clinical faculty, lecturers, instructional staff, and graduate teaching assistants.

Teaching@Purdue offers multiple teaching resources presented in self-paced, accessible content areas that allow instructors to follow their own individual development paths. Content and resources are designed to allow instructors to invest their time as needed – from a quick overview to more in-depth exploration.
The initial offerings include topics on Artificial Intelligence in Education, Inclusive Pedagogy, Academic Regulations, and Online/Hybrid Course Design. We believe instructors who are new to Purdue will particularly benefit from a perusal of the introductory topics and modules. New topics will be added and announced when ready. The modules are informed by scholarly literature and aligned with the Framework for Excellent Teaching at Purdue.
