Purdue West Lafayette instructors can now point students to new resource widget

A new student-facing widget now appears in the Purdue West Lafayette Brightspace course homepage and includes up-to-date links to Protect Purdue, Campus Resources, Academic Help, and Technology Help. The widget appears as a resource menu directly under Announcements on the right-hand side of the course homepage but is visible only to learners.

Instructors are encouraged to update their course development shells to point students to this new resource menu. A screenshot and instructions on how to update their course shell with a student reminder and location of this new resource menu can be found here. All shells for Spring 2021 courses will be updated with this resource menu automatically. Below is a list of resource hyperlinks featured in the newly added resource widget.
