Faculty and Staff Roundtable
February 2, 2026
| Hello, Boilermakers!
It's February and time for some fantastic events for students in Indianapolis. Read on for information about Minors and More; the Engineering, Science and Tech Connect Career Fair; and the Spring 2026 Leadership Experience at Purdue program retreat.

It was great to see President Mung Chiang in Indianapolis on Jan. 15 to meet with students, faculty and staff and to tour the Academic Success Building construction. With collaboration accelerating across the city, Purdue’s impact in Indianapolis continues to grow.

Looking ahead, Spring Family Weekend offers a great opportunity to highlight the meaningful work happening across our community. I invite your department or program to host an event on April 17 in Indianapolis as part of the festivities for students and their families.

This newsletter also reflects on the Jan. 23 Faculty and Staff Summit and highlights two important initiatives in Indianapolis: Purdue Polytechnic Institute’s multidisciplinary technology program and the Indianapolis Career Council’s continued focus on student success.
