The program content and support team members present research-based, pedagogically sound approaches to course design, guiding you through the design process from which you will be able to purposefully create a course that meets your unique needs.<strong>IMPACT Semester Outcomes:\u00a0<\/strong>After participation in the IMPACT Semester Faculty Learning Community (FLC), instructors will be able to:<\/p><ul><li>Reflect on teaching and learning philosophy through time engaged in discussion with peers<\/li><li>Build community through conversations with faculty and instructors from varying disciplines<\/li><li>Align course elements through the development of a Course Design Plan<\/li><li>Engage in more focused inquiry in various areas including scholarly teaching, informed learning, and technological innovation<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/purdue.ca1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_1RKEC6Q5Pwid4uW\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tApply Now for IMPACT\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t<h2>Expectations<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t<p>As an IMPACT Semester faculty fellow, you will become part of our IMPACT Faculty Learning Community (FLC).
