Review of Administrative Officers
The review of administrative officer's process will assess the effectiveness of a leader's ability to meet strategic goals and expectations. It provides constructive observations and guidance for improvement and is instrumental in guiding the professional growth and development of Purdue leaders. The length of time between two consecutive reviews will not exceed five years. The review process is comprehensive, addresses all dimensions of the administrator’s responsibilities, and considers input from all appropriate constituencies. Individuals in both academic and non-academic units who hold the title of Provost, Chancellor, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Vice Chancellor, Dean, Director, or Department Head are subject to the Review of Administrative Officer Policy.
