The Leadership and Organizational Development team helps supervisors and managers build the essential skills needed to lead people and deliver results. Our supervisor and manager resources include:  

Monthly Training Focus: Supervisors receive monthly training communication via their Purdue email.  Supervisors are encouraged to open and review the email for optimal training impact. An archive of these communications are also available on the Monthly Training Focus webpage.        

Supervisor Toolkit: Supervisors can quickly access essential compensation, hiring and onboarding, payroll, and supervisor and HR partnership resources via this webpage. They can also earn an HR fundamentals certificate in each area.    

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS): Supervisors and managers have a comprehensive training library in alignment with the manager’s job family career stream. Utilize this webpage to understand how-to effectively access supervisor and manager training in the LMS.  

LinkedIn Learning and Book Summaries: Supervisors are strongly encouraged to leverage LinkedIn Learning and the Book Summaries to search for training topics and access world-class training courses and materials on demand.
