2019-2020 Annual Performance Goals

A solid performance management process begins with having specific and measurable goals against which an employee’s performance can be evaluated. Performance goals and associated metrics are an essential part of driving our culture of high performance and accountability. We are asking that all staff have their 2019-2020 goals entered into SuccessFactors by Friday, October 4, 2020. Once entered, supervisors and employees can edit goals and track progress towards completion. 

An ongoing review of goals and progress against them should be a regular conversation between managers and their direct reportsGoals entered in SuccessFactors will appear on the annual evaluation and account for a significant percentage of the staff member’s overall performance rating. Additional guidance concerning 2019-2020 annual evaluations will be provided in late October.
