Optimize the Annual Review Experience and Leverage Performance Resources

Purdue achieves its goals through the individual and collective efforts of its employees. It is important that all employees have defined measureable goals and professional development plans to help measure performance. To help support each staff member’s success, Purdue supervisors collaborate with employees to establish and track performance goals, professional development goals, and conduct annual evaluations as outlined in the performance management diagram below.  The dates outlined below are university-wide standards; unit leadership will typically provide additional, detailed, guidance outlining the unit’s plans to meet university-wide timelines.
