The Protect Purdue Health Center (PPHC) is a dedicated center for West Lafayette campus students, faculty and staff. It will serve as the main point of contact for COVID-19 sampling, testing and quarantining on campus. The center is staffed by an expert medical team of doctors, nurse case managers and contact tracers. PPHC staff will triage care, make decisions about who should get tested and begin contact tracing when necessary. Any Purdue students, faculty members or staff exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 are encouraged to contact the Information Center immediately.

Health Center Management
The University has partnered with One-to-One Health to assist in launching and creating the Protect Purdue Health Center. The Center coordinates the overall workflow associated with case management for individuals. In addition, several on-campus sampling sites are established to support COVID-19 testing being done at the Animal Disease Diagnostic Lab (ADDL) at the College of Veterinary Medicine. Purdue also set aside 400 beds as a fully serviced quarantine area.
Management Team Information
Purdue has partnered with Rutgers University and Vault Health to test students for COVID-19 via a reliable and convenient, medically-supervised saliva screening that can be done in their homes. The test is the first FDA EUA-authorized solution of its kind and is currently a testing solution for many national companies, as well as sports leagues such as the National Hockey League, the PGA Tour, and Major League Soccer. Information for current students and Required COVID-19 Testing for Students is available on the Protect Purdue website.
