Post-open enrollment survey again planned to gather feedback from employees

As in past years, Human Resources will share a survey link following open enrollment to gather employee feedback on 2022 open enrollment as well as health and wellness offerings provided by the University. The survey will be included in the confirmation email from Benefitfocus once enrollment is complete.

“Employee engagement and feedback regarding what programs and resources we have available and how we share that information continues to be a top priority for our team,” explained Candace Shaffer, senior director of benefits in Human Resources. “The more we hear from our faculty and staff the better we are in regard to addressing concerns, implementing new programs and restructuring what’s already in place as needed.”

Survey results are anonymous and will be used by Human Resources – Benefits, stakeholder groups and LHD Advisors for planning of future benefits packages and wellness offerings. Supporting the five Healthy Boiler pillars -- behavioral healthfinancial wellnessphysical healthsocial wellness and work-life integration  -- through new and enhanced programming continues to be the objective.

“We hope to see a high level of engagement from the Purdue community again this year,” Shaffer said.
