Purdue offers many voluntary benefits, which you will be able to review and elect during the upcoming open enrollment for 2022 timeframe – October 26 through November 9 at 6 p.m. ET.
Securian and Voya both offer extra benefits that align with the work-life integration pillar of the Healthy Boiler Program.
Securian – administrator of Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit and Term Life Insurance offers automatic access to the following lifestyle benefits:
- Beneficiary financial counseling provides beneficiaries with professional guidance
- Legal, financial and grief resources offers professional help in these areas
- Travel assistance provides access to services when traveling more than 100 miles or more from home
- Identity theft resolution is available 24/7/365 for a variety of assistance
Voya – administrator of Critical Illness Insurance, Supplemental Hospital Insurance and Accident Insurance offer the following:
- Voya Cares is a service offered through the Voya family of companies, offering a depth of resources focused on education, planning and solutions for individuals with special needs and disabilities as well as their families and caregivers.
- Voya Travel Assistance offers you and your dependents four types of services (pre-trip information, emergency personal, medical assistance and emergency transportation) when traveling more than 100 miles from home.
Additional voluntary benefits Purdue employees have access to include:
- Pet insurance administered by Nationwide offers you health insurance coverage for your pets, which can help cover your pet’s treatments, surgeries, lab fees, X-rays and much more.
- Auto and Home Insurance offered by Liberty Mutual provides discounts on automotive and homeowners coverage, plus a wide range of other property and casualty insurance products
